Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Settled.ge collects, why, and how you can see or delete it.

What we collect

  • Browsing. Your IP address and browser details, used to keep the site working and safe.
  • Opening a number. We note when you open a business's number, and your account if you are signed in. The business sees only how many times it was opened.
  • Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Business profiles. What a business adds is public once approved. Some profiles come from public business details: if one is about you, you can ask us to correct or remove it.
  • Messages to us. What you write to us or report, with any contact details you add.

How we use it

We use it only to run the directory: to show business pages, run accounts, check listings, email you about your account and stop spam. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider and the services that deliver and protect the site, send our emails and log errors process data only on our behalf, some of them outside Georgia.

Signing in goes through Google. Maps on business pages load from OpenStreetMap only when you open one.

Cookies

We set only the cookies the site needs to work: for signing in and for protecting forms.

Your browser also remembers the businesses you saved, the numbers you opened and the city you picked. If you sign in, your saved businesses are kept in your account too.

No advertising or tracking cookies: our statistics are cookieless daily totals, such as page views.

How long we keep it

Messages and reports you send us are deleted after 365 days.

Server logs, error reports and backups expire on our providers' own schedules.

Your account stays until you delete it. Deleting it also removes your business profiles, photos and saved businesses on all three of our sites.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through the contact form. If you are signed in, you can download or delete it yourself on the account data page.

Georgian law on personal data protection applies. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page.
