Settled.ge is a directory of independent local businesses. You deal with a business directly: we take no bookings or payments and are not a party to your deal.
Using the service
Use the site lawfully and honestly. Don't impersonate anyone, harass or spam people, or collect contacts from the site for marketing. We may block anyone who does.
Business profiles
A business that manages a profile here is responsible for it: it must be accurate and lawful, with photos and texts the business has the right to publish.
We may correct, hide or remove a profile that is inaccurate or breaks these terms. Report a wrong listing through the contact form.
Our responsibility
We try to keep listings correct and the site working but can't guarantee either, so check prices and details with the business before you hire it.
We are not responsible for a business's work or for disputes with it. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows; your consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
